Geography Photos ( geogphotos) is the website of former geography teacher and
now full time stock photographer Ian Murray. My images have been published all
around the world in newspapers, books and magazines - over 600 images at last
count.
As the site name suggests my interest is mainly in places and people. But my
overriding interest is in photography so I often cross subject boundaries. My
interest mainly is in authentic, illustrative images recording what is real in I hope
an accurate and interesting way.
All images are available for Rights Managed licence directly or via a number of
stock photography agencies. The majority of images may be licenced immediately
using an online pricing and download system. Alternatively, contact me. In a small
number of cases images have been exclusively contracted to agents ( Getty
Images, agefotostock) and may not be licenced except through them - when
relevant this is indicated on each image.
This website acts as a showcase for some of my work. Images are being offered
both for Commercial and Education use.
